Cannaphilie is an independent brand within Harmonie Foods GbR.
At Cannaphilie, all orders are shipped via dropshipping. This means that you enter into the purchase agreement with Cannaphilie (Harmonie Foods GbR), but the delivery is sent directly to you by the specialized supplier GoG GmbH (Austria).
Delivery times The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment within Germany. The exact estimated delivery time will be displayed to you during the order process and in the order confirmation. The supplier is entitled to expressly reject orders within 3 working days of receipt.
Shipping costs The shipping costs will be transparently displayed in the shopping cart before you complete the order.
Delivery countries We ship standardly within Germany. Upon request and individual review, shipping to selected other EU countries where the acquisition and possession of cannabis propagation material (seeds and cuttings) is currently legal or tolerated is also possible. These currently include, among others:

- Portugal
Important legal notice (please observe carefully): Shipping to EU countries is exclusively at the customer's risk and responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the acquisition and possession of propagation material in your country complies with the applicable legal regulations there. Cannaphilie assumes no liability for customs problems, seizures, or legal consequences in the recipient country.
Legal notice & intended use All products offered are exclusively propagation material for permitted private home cultivation. They may only be used for the legal cultivation of a maximum of 3 female cannabis plants per adult person (§ 9 KCanG or corresponding national regulations). Commercial resale, transfer, or use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. By placing your order, you expressly confirm that you will use the products exclusively legally and comply with the respective national regulations.
Packaging & Sender Your order will be shipped in neutral, discreet packaging. The sender is Cannaphilie.
Right of withdrawal and return There is no right of withdrawal or return for live plants, cuttings, or seeds, as these are perishable goods.
Delivery problems If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
